Returns Policy

The 15-day return policy of amanté gives the customer an option to return products purchased on amanté website for any reason within 15 days of receipt. However, all claims, if any, for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within 1 day of delivery through the contact us page on the website.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges at the moment.

Two ways to return the products:

Pick up: In most locations, we offer a free return pick up service. The customer will see a pickup option when the return request is submitted.

Self-Ship: If we don't offer a pick up at your location, we will credit the shipping costs in the form of a coupon code provided the product meets the terms and conditions of the return policy. The customer should share the scanned copy of the courier receipt via email for validation.

Refund:

After we receive the returned product, we will do a quality check and once product passes the quality check, we will issue a Gift Voucher of the amount in question within 3-5 working days.

If the picked up product does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you.

Terms and Conditions:

  • The customer can return items purchased on amanté website for any reason within fifteen days of receipt of the item.
  • Due to intimate nature of the products - panties, swimwear, lingerie accessories, masks, all types of shapewear and shorties cannot be returned. Please do contact us if you have size related queries before placing the order.
  • eGift cards cannot be returned.
  • The returned product must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and product packaging intact.
  • When free gifts/offers are associated with the purchases and the customer wishes to return the purchase, then the customer has to return the free products along with the purchased product.
  • If the customer self-ship the returns, the shipping costs would be reimbursed in the form of a coupon code. However, the returns are subject to all the terms & conditions of the returns policy. The scanned copy of the courier receipt should be sent via email.
  • The reimbursement limit for self-shipping charges are Rs.70
  • Initial shipping and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Returns will be accepted only for products purchased on this website. amanté products bought from other stores/websites cannot be returned to us.
  • e-Gift cards/ coupon codes issued against products returned carry a three months validity period and new e-Gift cards or coupons codes will not be reissued once expired.

Delivery & Shipping Policy:

All orders are shipped from our own or third-party warehouses from various locations across India. Our endeavour is to deliver the order within a reasonable period varying from 1-15 days from receipt of order and completion of successful payment, and confirmation for COD orders.

Order deliveries will be made by our own staff or third party courier and logistics companies usually between 10:30 am – 6:00 pm, Monday – Saturday.

Cash on Delivery option is not available for orders above Rs.7,000.

Order received needs to be acknowledged upon delivery at the given address. We take no responsibility for the acknowledgment given by any alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address mentioned while placing the order.

Since the transactions are authorized by the cardholder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order. In case of any issue in the delivery address, please get in touch with our customer care team.
