Do I need to create an account on amanté to place an order?
Yes, you need to register on the site to place an order.
What is the benefit of creating an account on amanté?
There are various benefits of creating an account on our website, some of the benefits being - receiving regular updates on latest offers, new arrivals and much more.
You are also required to add the address for the new orders unless there is a change in address. You can log in and review the order history of all the transactions done on the account.
What is INTIMI India Private Limited and what is their relationship with amanté?
INTIMI India Private Limited is the authorized online e retailer for amanté. INTIMI India Private Limited is authorized by amanté to sell all its products.
CANCELLATION & RETURNS
Can I change my order once it has been placed?
We don’t accept changes in the order once they are placed. However, If changes are communicated within 24 hours, we might be able to make the change in the order or the address of delivery. These changes are at the sole discretion of INTIMI India Private Limited.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 4 Hours of placing the order. To cancel your order, please send us an email on our contact us page or call us on phone number with your name, order number, order date and your mobile number. Our team will call you and confirm the cancellation.
When and how will I get my refund in case of cancellation or product return?
The refund for the returned products will be given in the form of a coupon code that will be valid for 3 months which can be applied on the next purchase. Upon completion of "Quality Check" process for returned products, company/ amanté will initiate the refund within 7-10 working days to the same instrument which was debited. amanté does not have any influence on the refund timelines except processing the refund. Once the refund is issued, we request you to kindly connect with your respective bank or credit card issuer for further updates.
How does the refund work if I have returned products bought as a part of a cart level promotion offer?
amanté may choose to run cart level promotional offers at any point of time. Please note that the cart level discounts are applicable when/ if certain no. of products are bought together. While customers are allowed to place return requests for one/ more than one product bought under the cart level offer, customers stand to lose any applicable cart level discount on the products being returned. Refunds will be calculated accordingly and processed.
I have paid via cash on delivery, how will I get the refund?
You will have to provide your bank details via email and the amount will be credited to your account within 7-14 working days.
Can I change the mode of refund after raising a refund request?
No, As per the company policy once a type of refund mode is opted for by the customer, a request for change in refund mode will not be entertained.
How do I return multiple products from a single order?

Does amanté pick up the product I want to return from my location?
Our courier partner picks up returns across the country to over 12000 Pin codes. These return pickups are made through reputed courier companies. Since there is a constant addition of pin codes, the exact number might vary from time to time.
Will the GST Amount be refunded in cases I return/cancel my order?
We offer you instant gratification with your every purchase! We hate to see you cancel/return your order but promise to lend you a hand, until the very end.
On return/cancellation of an order, the refund amount, including the GST collected would be refunded, in its entirety. In case of partial returns, the GST amount charged corresponding to that particular item(s) shall be refunded.
What if products ordered by me are out of stock?
All products shown on the web store are products in stock. In an exceptional case where the product ordered by you is out of stock, the same will be communicated to you within 72 hours and a refund will be processed immediately in case you wish to cancel the order.

Payments are accepted through certified third party payment gateways. These gateways are certified for all security aspects.
Can I pay through Net banking? What is the procedure?
Yes, one can pay through net banking. You need to select net banking as an option on the checkout page and you will be redirected to the payment gateway. You will need to select net banking and the bank you wish to pay from and make the payment.
How is the GST amount decided?
Following rules will govern whether GST will be applicable or not on the products purchased by you:
- GST Applicability: For a product, if the fulfillment is done on or after July 1st, 2017.
- If Delivery is to a location within same state (i.e, Tamil to Tamil) then GST shall be broken down to CGST & SGST and if delivery to the location outside state then IGST is applicable.
- DMRP per product is less than or equal to Rs.1,050 then 5% GST rate is applicable otherwise 12% is applicable (GST Rate shall be identified per product and then to be multiplied by Quantity).
How do I pay for my COD order?
You can pay for Cash on Delivery orders by cash or by Credit/Debit card if the delivery person is carrying ‘card swipe POS machine’.
Is there a purchase limit for a Cash On Delivery purchase?
Yes, Cash On Delivery option is available on purchases up to a limit of Rs. 10,000, beyond which purchases can only be made using Netbanking or Creditcard.

Where all does amanté deliver?
We deliver across India to various Pin codes. These deliveries are made through reputed courier companies. Since there is a constant addition of pin codes, the exact number might vary from time to time. Serviceable pin code (area) can be checked on the checkout page while filling in your delivery information. Same can also be checked on the product display section.
Can I place the order online and pick up my order from your Store which is nearest to me?
You cannot place the order online and collect from the store. All orders placed online will be sent directly to the shipping address mentioned while placing the order.
What is the delivery timeline or my order?
The general delivery timeline is 5 to 8 business days (metro cities) and 8 to 14 business days (non-metro cities) depending on the delivery address pin code.
How will I know whether I can get delivery in the areas that I live?
Deliveries are made through third party courier companies. All deliverable pin codes are pre-populated in the backend.
Serviceable pin code (area) can be checked on the checkout page while filling in your delivery information.
Is there a charge for delivery?
We charge 50 Rupees as shipping charges on orders below 500 Rupees.
What if I'm not home to receive my order?
We use 3rd party courier companies for deliveries. Most Courier companies generally attempt 3 times to deliver the products. They also leave a note for a call back in case the door is unanswered The courier company itself may leave an intimation for you or may call you to check for a time convenient to deliver, in case they don’t find you at home. Please contact the courier company and the earliest and give them a delivery time that will suit your schedule.
Can I change my delivery address or mobile number once the order has been placed?
Your delivery address or mobile number can be changed within 4 Hours of placing the order. Please send us an email or call us with your name, updated address, order date and your mobile number. Our team will call you and confirm the change.
Do you deliver internationally?
No. currently we only cater to customers in India.
How do I track my order once it is placed?
Step 1: You will receive an order confirmation by Email and SMS on the registered email address and Phone Number
Step 2: As soon as the order is shipped you will receive another email and SMS on your registered number with the tracking details.
You can also log into your account and view the shipping details.
Is it possible to order an item which is out of stock?

How can I purchase E-Gift card?
- Click on E-Gift card option on amanté
- Then, on 'Buy E-Gift card' option
- Enter recipient email address
- Select or enter the E-Gift card value
- Make payment using your credit card, debit card or net banking
- On successful payment, the E-Gift card details will be sent to the recipient’s email address.
What is the validity of amanté E-Gift card?
E-Gift Card expires in 45 days from the date of issue.
Are E-Gift cards refundable?
Once the E-Gift card has been e-mailed, it is non-refundable. If the intended recipient does not receive their e-card or accidentally deletes it, we are happy to resend the E-Gift card if they call customer service.
How do I cancel a E-Gift card?
We will not be able to perform cancellations and refunds after you have placed the order. Please review your order to ensure value entered is correct and the recipient details are accurate before completing your purchase.
What happens if I need to return something I purchased with my E-Gift card?
The product can be returned if adhered to the policy. Please note new code will be shared with you via mail if the return is applicable. Money will not be refundable with respect to E-Gift cards.
How many eGift Cards can be used in one transaction?
If you have received an E-Gift card, you are eligible to use only one Gift Card per transaction.
Where can these cards be used?
eGift card can be redeemed only on the website. Your E-Gift card balance will appear in the Payment section during Checkout. Simply click ‘Apply’ to redeem your E-Gift card.
How do I know the balance on my E-Gift Card?
You can view your balance on the E-Gift card in the payment section, during Checkout.

What should I do if the item purchased is defective?
In case, you have received a defective product kindly drop us a mail with clear images of the defective product within 7 days of purchase. Once the defect is confirmed, we can either process a refund or an exchange for you. Please note, the exchange will not be provided in case of any bottom wear. In case of defective bottom-wear, we would be issuing you a refund for the product.
