Amante’s Gift Card Terms & Conditions (OTT India Fest Gifting)
Introduction / Purpose
Amante Gift Card is being provided as part of the Bollywood Hungama OTT India Fest, co-powered by Amante, for gifting to selected celebrity guests. The Gift Card is intended to be used as a preloaded wallet for purchasing products on amantelingerie.in, enhancing the event experience. By using this Gift Card, the User agrees to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
1.1. The Amante Gift Card shall be valid until 31st March 2026, regardless of the date of issue, handing over, or activation by the recipient.
1.2. Expired gift cards will not be extended or reissued, except in cases of technical errors caused by Amante.
1.3. Where products purchased using the Gift Card are returned for refund after expiry of the Gift Card, and such return was initiated within the return policy period, the refund amount shall be credited to a new Gift Card issued by Amante with the refund amount only. Such new Gift Card will have a validity of 7 (seven) days from the date of issuance.
2.1. This Gift Card functions as a preloaded wallet and can be redeemed multiple times, subject to its validity period, until the total value is exhausted. The remaining balance after each transaction shall be communicated to the User via email sent post-transaction.
2.2. The Gift Card can be used without any minimum purchase requirement. User may redeem any value of the Gift Card toward eligible purchases on amantelingerie.in.
2.3. The Gift Card is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. No refunds or cash equivalents will be provided for any unused balance.
2.4. The Gift Card cannot be used together with coupon codes or promotional discounts. It may, however, be applied to products already offered at a discounted price.
2.5. The Gift Card may be applied toward the total order value, including product price, shipping charges, and applicable taxes.
2.6. The Gift Card can be redeemed exclusively by users logged into their registered amantelingerie.in account. Redemption via guest checkout or unregistered users is not permitted. Users will need to create a registered account on amantelingerie.in to redeem the Gift Card. Guest checkout is not permitted for Gift Card redemption.
2.7. Gift cards can be applied to discounted products, and the actual price paid will be deducted from the gift card balance.
2.8. The Gift Card cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card or any other prepaid voucher issued by Amante.
2.9 If the total order value exceeds the available Gift Card balance, the User must pay the difference using another payment method.
3.1. The Gift Card is redeemable exclusively on amantelingerie.in.
3.2. Redemption requires entering the unique card code and PIN at checkout.
4.1. Users are responsible for verifying their available balance during checkout. Users cannot check the balance independently without making a transaction; any balance inquiries must be directed to Amante Customer Support, which will respond to such requests. For convenience, the gift card will display the initial preloaded amount on the card itself.
4.2. The remaining balance after each transaction will be communicated via email sent post transaction and will automatically carry forward for subsequent use until expiry of the validity period.
5.1. Amante is not liable for lost, stolen, or misused gift cards.
5.2. Replacement will be issued only for technical errors caused by Amante.
6.1. Products purchased using the Gift Card will follow standard Amante return/exchange policies.
6.2. Products purchased using the Gift Card shall be subject to Amante's standard Return & Exchange Policy [https://www.amantelingerie.in/pages/return-and-exchange-policy].For returns: (a) If the Gift Card is still valid, refund will be credited back to the same Gift Card; (b) If the Gift Card has expired but the return request was raised within the applicable return window, a new Gift Card will be issued for the refund amount only (not the original loaded value); (c) Refunds will be processed at the actual selling price paid (including for discounted items), not at MRP.
6.3. All orders placed using the Gift Card are subject to product availability at the time of purchase and will be governed by the standard Amanté terms and conditions. For returns or exchanges of products purchased with the Gift Card, please refer to the Amanté Return & Exchange Policy on amantelingerie.in or contact customer support.
7.1. Amante reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions prospectively (i.e., for Gift Cards issued after such modification). However, any such modification shall not adversely affect the rights of existing Gift Card holders who purchased Gift Cards prior to such modification. Amante may suspend or withdraw the Gift Card program only with reasonable prior notice and shall honour all validly issued Gift Cards until their stated expiry or provide suitable alternative arrangements for unutilized balances.
8.1. The User agrees to use the Amante Gift Card responsibly and shall indemnify and hold Amante harmless against any direct losses, liabilities, costs, or damages arising from violation of these Terms & Conditions, misuse of the Gift Card (including unauthorized use of the unique code or PIN), or any wilful misconduct or gross negligence on the User’s part. This indemnity does not apply to technical errors or issues caused by Amante.
9.1. Neither Amante nor its affiliates make any warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Gift Card.
9.2. Amante shall not be liable for any loss, direct or indirect, arising from the use or inability to use the Gift Card, except in cases where liability is due to technical error by Amante.
9.3. Amante shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from technical issues, unauthorized use, or other events beyond its control, except in cases where liability arises due to technical errors caused by Amante.
10.1. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with laws of India.
10.2. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
11.1. For any queries, complaints, or grievances relating to the Gift Card, Users may contact Amante’s Customer Support or the designated Grievance Officer through the details provided in the “Contact Us” or “Grievance Redressal” section on amantelingerie.in. All complaints shall be acknowledged within 48 (forty-eight) hours and resolved within the timelines prescribed under applicable law.
12.1. Maximum Value: Each Amante Gift Card shall have a maximum value not exceeding ₹10,000/-.
12.2. Non-Reloadable: This Gift Card is not reloadable. No additional value can be added to the Gift Card after initial issuance.
